I really liked the idea of mixing prints (dots and plaid) but I’m playing it safe by keeping everything black and white. I picked out the blue beads at the last minute to give a little dash of colour and think the tone matches by Miami Pink toes.

dottydressjeansLiving in rainsoaked Dublin means that cute coats are essential, and seeing as I didn’t really own a proper coat for my first 18 years in South Texas, I still find them a novelty. My mom and I spotted this cute black & white plaid, full shirt trench coat on sale at Dunnes for €9. It was missing most of the buttons, so we spirited some for other coats in the shop–Mom’s idea, I promise!
